A scheduled task has not appeared on the Scheduling Diary
If you cannot see your treatment, medication or procedure in the scheduling diary, check and make sure your task was input, saved and scheduled correctly.
You can do this by selecting Find Horse in the EquiTrace App Home Screen and then selecting from the list, the horse you believe the task was scheduled for.
Scheduled Procedure
Once on the horse's profile, if the task is a procedure, select the Procedures button.
You should see all scheduled procedures on this screen.
Scheduled Treatment
If the task was a treatment/ medication, select the Treatments for this horse button.
You should see all scheduled treatments on this screen.
The Scheduled Procedure or Treatment is not on this list
If you cannot see the scheduled task on either of these screens, you may need to schedule the task again as it may not have been input, saved or scheduled correctly.
