Recording a Reproductive Check that was performed in the past

If you have missed recording a mares check you can backdate a mares check.

On the home screen select Mare Management.

Once you select mare management, then select mares to check.

Select the Date of the Check

Once you have been brought to the mares to check screen, you will be able to select the date you wish to backdate your check to by tapping on the date icon on the top of the screen where a calendar will appear.

Once you have selected the correct date and select done, then select the Add Horse button.

Select Mare

Once you select add horse a complete list of all breeding mares will appear. You can search by name or sort by Name, Status, Year or Barn.

Select the horse(s) you would like to record a backdated check for. You may add multiple horse(s). Once you are finished, select Done.

Next a popup will appear.

Proceed with Recording the data

You may input the Veterinarian performing the exam if desired and then select done. If you do not wish to enter the Veterinarian performing the exam then select cancel and proceed with recording the backdated mares check.

The note of the backdated check will be marked to state it is backdated.
