How do I cancel my subscription to EquiTrace?
So, you’ve decided to cancel your subscription. You have two options to do this depending on how you’re paying for your app.
App Store or Google Play Store subscriptions
If you subscribe to EquiTrace through the App Store or Google Play Store you can cancel by following these steps:
Go to the App Store for iOS iPhones and the Google Play store for Android Phones.
On the top right-hand corner of the screen of app store home screen will be your account in a small circle.
You can click on this.
Once you do so, you will see three tabs (Purchased, Subscriptions and Notifications) at the top of your screen below your account.
Select Subscriptions.
Here you will see your subscriptions.
Select EquiTrace.
Once you select EquiTrace it will bring you into the subscription details. At the bottom of this you will see ‘Cancel Subscription’ in red.
Select this and your subscription will automatically cancel.
EquiTrace Direct Subscriptions
If you pay for your EquiTrace Subscription directly to the EquiTrace team by being invoiced, you can simply reach out to [email protected] and let our support team know that you would like to cancel your subscription.
