Owners of an EquiTrace farm account are the only individuals who can invite new users.
Where on the App can you Invite a New User to your Account
To invite new users to your account, you must select Other Features at the bottom of the home screen.
You will then be brought to the Other Features screen. At the top select the Invite New Users button.
Here you can input the user's name and their cell phone number. You can also choose from contacts, if you have the user's contact details saved on your phone.
Select New User access level
You must select the access level you would like this user to have.
They can have Full Access, Level 1, Level 2, Limited Horse or View Only.
If the user has Limited Horse access you must select which horses you would like the new user to have access to. In order for a user to have Limited Horse access, you much select the Full Access and Limited Horse button.
Invite your New User
You must the select Invite.
Once you select invite a popup will appear saying ‘Success’ The invitation has been sent.
