Who can manage User access on EquiTrace

To manage users and their access to certain divisions, you must be the farm account owner.

How to manage User access and manage User Division access

On the home screen select the Other Features button.

Next, select the Manage Users button.

Here, a list of all users on your EquiTrace farm account will appear.

You can select what access level you would like to assign them. Full Access. Level 1, Level 2, View Only or Reject Users.

Below this you must then select Farm Divisions.

The Divisions currently created on the farm will appear.

You may select all or select individual divisions to assign the user.

Once complete, select done and the user will be assigned to these divisions.
