How to Assign a Horse to a Division
To assign a horse in your EquiTrace account to a Division you must follow the steps below.
Choose Horse
Select the Find horse button.
You can search or filter for your horse and select it.
Once you have selected your horse the next screen will be the Horse ID screen. Here you must select Edit Details.
Next, select the Division button on the Edit Details page.
Choose Division
Each division will appear when you select the Division button and you must select which division this horse is to be assigned to.
Select done and the horse will be assigned to the division chosen.
Then select save and continue.
A popup will appear saying Edit Details updated. Select OK to exit.
Who can Assign a Horse to a Division
Farm owners and full access users are the only users who can move horses between divisions.
If a full-access user moves a horse from a division to unassigned, they cannot retrieve it. Only the farm owner can reassign a horse back to a division.
Level 1 and level 2 users cannot assign horses to divisions.
