You can create one or multiple venues for your organization

To add a Venue, click Shows on the left-hand panel and select My Shows. If you have already created a show, it will appear on this list. Select the Add Venue button to create your Venue.

First, you can add your Venue Information such as Venue Name and Address.

Second, you can add a default Show Photo. This photo will automatically become the default for each our your shows. If you have would like each show to have a different photo you can set this when creating your show.

Finally, you can select your health requirements. You can select from a drop down list which health requirement that you have created that you would like to be the default requirement for the venue. If you have would like each show to have different requirements you can set this when creating your show.

Click save to save this Venue!

You can create shows at your venue for competitors to submit their documents for and create their EventPass. Once you have create your venue and health requirements you can then create your show for competitors to submit their documents for verification and create their EventPass.

To add a Show, click Shows on the left hand panel and then select My Shows. If you have already created a show it will appear on this list. Select the Add Show button to create your Show. First, you can set your show details by selecting the Venue, Name of your Horse Show and your Show Dates.

Second, you can select your show photo. If you had set a default phot when creating your venue this will automatically be used as your show photo. You can choose to change this default photo by clicking Add Photo.

Finally, you can select your health requirements. Health requirements will automatically be selected based on the default health requirements for this Venue. You can select different health requirements by selecting from a drop down list which health requirement you would like for this show.

Click save to save this Show!
