Please note: before you can create or complete your EventPass, you must create your horses profile on your account, upload documents to their profile and ensure their documents are verified by our system.

To create an EventPass via the app, from the main home screen on your EventPass app select the '+' button with the word add underneath it. On this page you can search for the horse show you are wanting to attend by clicking the search bar under 'Show name' and finding the show you wish to attend. You can also look for certain shows based on the dates of the show by adjusting dates on the 'Show from' and 'To'. Once you select the show that you will be attending it will ask you to select when the horse (or horses) will be arriving on site. You will then select when the horses will be on site 'From' and 'To'. Then select the 'Save' button.

After selecting 'Save', you will select the horses on your profile that you would like to include for your EventPass. Once you have selected all the horses you want to include press the 'Save' button. On the next page it will allow you to adjust the arrival and departure dates for each horse as well as where the horse is traveling from whether that be in or out of state. Once you have updated this information for each horse press the 'Save' button. Once you have selected 'Save' you will have created your EventPass for that show.

Note: your EventPass will not be complete until every horse included on that EventPass has valid health documents that have been approved for that specific show. Keep in mind that each show has their own health requirements and you must meet those requirements for each specific show to create your EventPass. Some shows also require a declaration of health to complete your EventPass. The declaration of health will not open until 48 hours before the show. You will receive an email once the declaration of health is available to be done and once that is completed your EventPass will be complete.

To view your upcoming shows EventPass select 'EventPass' on the main home screen of the app. Here, you can view all of your shows, EventPasses, and their status. Once your horse's statuses are verified and viewed as green ticks the next step is to complete the Health Declaration form if it is required for the show you wish to attend. After the horses status are verified and the Health Declaration (if required) is completed then your EventPass will be complete and you can download your QR code.
