Adding Horses to your EventPass Account in a few simple steps
Add Horses Manually
Step 1
On your account, select the Horses drop-down, then select All Horse. Here, you can view all the horses on your account. To add a new horse, manually select Add Horse on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2
Here you must input Horse Registered name, Weight, stable name, Year of birth, Microchip (if your horse has no microchip, leave this blank and we will autogenerate one for you) sex, sire, dam, barn and stall. You may also add a photo of your horse.
Step 3
Once you select save a badge will appear on the bottom right of the screen to say the horse details have been saved.
Step 4
Select ‘Horses’ screen where you can view all horses.
When signing up to your EventPass account you may also link your USEF account and import your horses.
Add Horses through your USEF account
To add horses to your USEF account you will need to link your EventPass Account with your USEF account you wish to import horses from. To complete this, click on your profile, and scroll down to where the USEF link button is.
You will be taken to the USEF log in and will be asked to enter your username and password and once entered, you will then be asked which horses you would like to import to your EquiTrace account.
You can import one or as many as you would like, and you can come back to this page to re-import more horses or if your USEF account has changed, re-linking your account will import the latest data on your horses.
How to find a Horse or Filter by Horse Name, Barn Name, Sex, Age
Step 1
On the home screen select the Horses tab, then select All Horses. On the right-hand side of the screen having selected all horses there is a search bar where you can search for your horse's name.
Step 2
Search your horses name to find horse by name.
Filter by Horse Name, Barn Name, Sex, Age
Step 1
If you would like to filter to search your horses by Name, Barn Name, Sex or Age you can do so by selecting the arrows beside each credentials.
Step 2
If you select Age for example, you can filter from youngest to oldest or oldest to youngest.
