Creating your first EventPass is quick and simple
Create an EventPass
To create an EventPass for multiple horses, you must select the shows drop-down and select EventPass.
Select the show you wish to attend and then select the horses you wish to add to the Event Pass you are creating. To add multiple horses, select to add another horse. You must select the add another horse button and then input the show you wish to create the event pass for. Then select save.
To complete your EventPass, you must ensure all of your horse's documentation is valid and then verified for the show you have created the EventPass. Once your horse's statuses are verified and viewed as green ticks, you can complete your Health Declaration form. Your EventPass will be viewed as pending until you have updated your health documents.
How to view your upcoming shows
To view your upcoming shows you can do so by following the steps below.
To view all your upcoming shows, select Shows, and the dropdown will appear. Then select All Shows. You'll be able to view your upcoming shows here. If you want to filter your show by Name, Start Date, End Date, State, Horses Attending, or Event Pass Status, you can do so by clicking on the arrows beside each credential.
How to view/receive your EventPass
In order to gain entry to your upcoming show, you must have a valid Event Pass.
On the home screen, select Shows, then select EventPass. Here, you can view all of your shows, EventPasses, and their status. You may access your valid event pass by selecting View EventPass, where you will be brought to the View pass page. Here, you will be able to view the horses included in your valid event pass.
To view your EventPass, select download. Your EventPass QR code will then appear, ready for arrival at your show. It will display your competitor's name and show name.
It will show a green tick to say all requirements are met for this upcoming show.
You may download the EventPass by selecting Download EventPass. It will then be downloaded onto your device.
