Lets get started with how to upload your horse health documents to EventPass

Here's how to upload vaccinations, health certificated and Coggins results, and what each of the EventPass symbols mean

Adding a Vaccination Record

Step 1

To Add a Vaccine, you must select ‘See More’ on the horse's profile.

You will be brought to your horse’s profile when selecting See More.

Here you may add your horse's vaccine by selecting add vaccine.

Step 3

You will then be brought to the uploaded proof of health status for your horse's page.

Here, you must select a document to upload and tick the vaccine as proof you will be uploading.

You must also select if the vaccine was administered by a veterinarian or self-administered. (If you choose to self-administer, you must input the serial number, vaccine name, and vaccine expiration date. A green banner will appear when you upload your proof.

Step 4

You must also upload the documentation to support your vaccination validity so your horse's health status can be verified. Then select Save and Upload. Your horse's vaccination status will then be viewed as pending.

How to Add Health Cert for one horse.

You may upload a health cert for one horse directly from their profile.

Step 1

To Add a Health Cert, you must select ‘See More’ on the horse's profile.

You will be brought to your horse’s profile when selecting See More. Here, you may add your horse's Health certificate.

Step 3

You will then be brought to the uploaded proof of health status for your horse's page.

Here, you must select a document to upload and tick Health Certificate as the proof you will be uploading.

Step 4

Then select Save and Upload. A banner will appear once you have selected save and upload to let you know this proof has been uploaded for verification.

How to Add Coggins

Step 1

To Add a Coggins, you must select ‘See More’ on the horse's profile.

Step 3

You will then be brought to the uploaded proof of health status for your horse's page.

You must select a document to upload and tick Coggins as the proof you will be uploading. Then select Save and upload.

Step 4

Once uploaded, your document will be reviewed and will be viewed as pending until it has been approved.


How to upload documents for multiple horses

You can upload documents for multiple horses so you can get their documentation verified in order to create an Event Pass for your shows.

Step 1

On the home screen, select Health Proofs, then select Upload Proof. You will then be brought to the upload proof page.

You can just select the horses you wish to upload proofs. They will then appear in the Added tab on the right-hand side.

To upload a document, you must select drag or drop files here or click to upload your chosen document.

Step 4

You must select one type of proof that you are uploading (Vaccine, Coggins, or Health Cert)

When you have selected the horses and the document you wish to upload and have selected the type of proof it is for, you must then select save to upload the document. Once it is successfully uploaded, a green banner will appear to tell you it has been uploaded.



How to view your Uploaded Health Documents

In order to view your uploaded health proofs you can do so by following the steps below.

Step 1

To view all of your uploaded health proofs, you must select the Health Proofs drop-down and then select All Uploaded Proofs. You can view each proof’s status, the type of proof, and further details.

You can view each proof status. If you have recently uploaded proofs you can see if they are pending or approved or rejected and for what reason.

How to View Horse Health Status

You can view each horses' health status on their profile by following the steps below.

Step 1

Select the Horses tab, then select All Horses. Here you will view the horses page.

In order to view your horses health status, you must select ‘See More’ to be brought to your horses profile to view their health status

Step 2

Here you will be brought to your horse's profile where you can see your horse's vaccine, Coggins, temperature and health cert status. Your horse health status will either one of the below status' depending on the documents you submit.

Black Cross Icon
  • Rejected- your document could not be verified

Amber Dash Icon
  • Expiring Soon-Your horses' health status is due to expire soon.

Grey Dash Icon
  • Not Recorded – no document has been provided/not recorded.

Blue Tick Pending Icon
  • Pending – the document hasn’t yet been reviewed

Red and White Dash Icon
  • Invalid – the document has been confirmed as not valid or out of date

Green Tick Icon
  • Verified – the document has been verified as valid

Why are my horses' documents not valid?

Your EventPass may not be valid for a number of reasons. Depending on the icon shown on your horses profile, this will explain why.

When you submit your documents for verification on EventPass you will do so and they will be approved or otherwise, depending on the status of your documents.

The icons below are the possible outcomes when uploading a document.

Please keep in mind that although your horse's health status may be valid on their profile, when applying for a show if they are expiring soon or not in line with the show requirements, then they will not be valid and will need to be updated accordingly.

If you are unsure why your horses' health documents is not valid it may be because of one of the reasons below.
