All the aspects of managing your farm divisions

To assign a horse in your EquiTrace account to a Division, you must follow the steps below.

Select the Find Horse button. You can search or filter for your horse and select it. Once you have selected your horse, the next screen will be the Horse ID screen. Here, you must select Edit Details. Next, select the Division button on the Edit Details page.

Each division will appear when you select the Division button, and you must select which division this horse will be assigned to. The selection is done, and the horse will be assigned to the division chosen. Then select save and continue. A popup will appear saying Edit Details updated. Select OK to exit.

Farm owners and full-access users are the only users who can move horses between divisions. If a full-access user moves a horse from a division to unassigned, they cannot retrieve it. Only the farm owner can reassign a horse back to a division. Level 1 and level 2 users cannot assign horses to divisions.

You can move a horse from one division on your EquiTrace account to another. To move a horse between divisions simply follow the steps below to complete.

Each division will appear when you select the Division button, and you must select which division this horse is to be moved to. Select done, and the horse will be moved to the division chosen. Then select save and continue. A popup will appear saying Edit Details updated. Select OK to exit.

To manage users and their access to certain divisions, you must be the farm account owner.

On the home screen, select the Other Features button. Next, select the Manage Users button. Here, a list of all users on your EquiTrace farm account will appear. You can select what access level you would like to assign them. Full Access. Level 1, Level 2, View Only or Reject Users.

Below this, you must select Farm Divisions. The Divisions currently created on the farm will appear. You may select all or select individual divisions to assign the user. Once finished, you can select done, and the user will be assigned to these divisions.

On the home screen, select the Other Features button. Next, select the Manage Users button. Here, a list of all users on your EquiTrace farm account will appear. You can select what access level you would like to assign them. Full Access. Level 1, Level 2, View Only or Reject Users.

Below this, you must select Farm Divisions. The Divisions currently created on the farm will appear. You may select all or select multiple divisions to assign the user. A user can be assigned to one or multiple divisions. Once it's finished, you can select done, and the user will be assigned to the divisions you have selected.

On the home screen, select the Other Features button. Next, select the Manage Users button. Here, a list of all users on your EquiTrace farm account will appear. You can select what access level you would like to assign them. Full Access. Level 1, Level 2, View Only or Reject Users.

Below this, you must select Farm Divisions. The Divisions currently created on the farm will appear. You can now unselect the divisions to which the user is assigned. Once complete, select done, and the user will have access removed from these divisions.
