I have an EquiTrace Subscription but would like to Add More Horses

You can add more horses to your subscription by contacting our team. Please feel free to email [email protected] to ask to add the desired number of horses to your subscription. The team will be able to let you know about the additional cost and next steps.

Once EquiTrace confirms that they have upgraded the maximum number of horses, you can add additional horses by scanning and entering them, manually entering them, or sending them to the EquiTrace team. We will upload the horses for you.

If you pay directly through the App Store or Google Play Store, you can change your package within EquiTrace. On the App's home screen, select the Other Features button.

On the next screen, you can select the Manage Subscription button.Here, you will see at the top of the screen how many horses you currently have in your account. You can choose between Basic or Premium.

Basic offers Identity, Location, Communication, and Temperature, while Premium offers Identity, Location, Communication, temperature, Medication, Reproduction, and HISA (if applicable).

When paying through the App Store or Google Play Store, you have seven payment options. 1-5 Horses Per Month, 6 to 15 Horses Per Month, 16-50 Horses Per Month. 51-100 Horses Per Month, 101-150 Horses Per Month, 101-150 Horses Per Month, 151-200 Horses Per Month and 201-500 Horses Per Month.

Depending on your payment option, your subscription renews monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Your renewal date depends on whether you pay monthly, quarterly or annually.

If you pay monthly, your subscription will renew each month.
If you pay quarterly, it will be renewed every 3 months.
If you pay annually, your subscription will renew 1 year after you last paid for your subscription.

If you are subscribed through the App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription will renew automatically based on your subscription type through Apple or Google.

If you are subscribed and invoiced directly by the EquiTrace team, your subscription will renew automatically based on your subscription type.

You can calculate your subscription price based on your desired features, such as temperatures, medication, reproduction, and the number of horses you would like on your subscription on our website.

If you wish to pay through the app store for your subscription, you can access pricing on the EquiTrace app during your initial setup.

How to cancel your subscription if you pay through the App Store / Google Play Store or if you are subscribed directly through EquiTrace. So, you’ve decided to cancel your subscription. You have two options to do this depending on how you’re paying for your app.

If you subscribe to EquiTrace through the App Store or Google Play Store, you can cancel by following these steps:

Go to the App Store for iOS iPhones and the Google Play Store for Android Phones.

On the top right-hand corner of the app store home screen will be your account, which is in a small circle. You can click on this. Once you do so, you will see three tabs (Purchased, Subscriptions, and Notifications) at the top of your screen below your account. Select Subscriptions. Here, you will see your subscriptions. Select EquiTrace.

Once you select EquiTrace, you will be taken to the subscription details. At the bottom of this, you will see ‘Cancel Subscription’ in red. You can just select this, and your subscription will automatically be canceled.
