You can read temperatures following the scanning of a BioThermo Microchip implanted into a horse.

EquiTrace connects to a GPR+ Microchip Scanner via Bluetooth and when a horse is scanned it only reads the temperature of horses with Bio-Thermo® Microchips implanted into a horse.

You must scan with the EquiTrace app open.

Once your scan has been completed EquiTrace will automatically save each temperature reading from every scan you have completed and graph it for you to make it easier to view.

Here you will be able to view the temperature on the graph. You may view a temperature in Fahrenheit or Celcius.

How does the graph work when I scan for temperatures?

A graph shows trends and spikes of a horse's baseline temperature. Each animal is different and may have a different baseline temperature.

The use of Bio-Thermo® Microchips allows for more accurate readings more frequently, allowing for possible predictions of illness from spikes in a horse's baseline temperature.

You may view the horse's temperature on a graph or in a list.
