How to Manage the list of Recipients

To view all Recipient Mares, on the home screen select Mare Management. Once you select Mare Management then select List of Recipients. On this screen you will be able to view your list of recipients. You may sort by Ovulation date or Name.

How to Share the list of Recipients

To share, on the top right hand corner select SHARE. A popup will appear asking you in what format you would like to share your list. You can select Direct Print, SMS, Share PDF or Share CSV. Select one of these options and you will then be brought to share options where you can share via whats app, messenger etc.


How to Manage the list of all Breeding Mares

To view all breeding mares on the home screen, select Mare Management. Once you select Mare Management, then select List of all breeding mares. On this screen you can view your list of all breeding mares. On this screen, you can sort by Next check, Name, Barn and Status.

How to Share the list of all Breeding Mares

To share, select SHARE at the top right-hand corner. A popup will appear asking you in what format you would like to share your list. You can select Direct Print, SMS, Share PDF or Share CSV. Select one of these options, and you will then be brought to share options where you can share via WhatsApp, messenger, etc.


Editing Breeding Terms

To edit breeding setting terms, you can follow the steps below.

On the home screen, select Mare Management. Once you select Mare Management, then select Settings. On this screen, select Edit Terms. Here, you may edit the reproductive terms used within Mare Management to your own preference.

Terms can be edited for Repro U/S, Diagnostics, Caslicks, Pregnancy, Heart Beat Scan, Tease, Semen Quality, Embryo Flush, Mare for Transfer, Abortion and Physical Development. Once you have edited the term you wish, select done and it will be saved.


Recording a Reproductive Check that was performed in the past

If you have missed recording a mare's check, you can backdate it. On the home screen, select Mare Management. Once you select mare management, then select mares to check.

Select the Date of the Check

Once you have been brought to the mares to check screen, you will be able to select the date you wish to backdate your check to by tapping on the date icon on the top of the screen where a calendar will appear. Once you have selected the correct date and select done, then select the Add Horse button.

Select Mare

Once you select add horse, a complete list of all breeding mares will appear. You can search by name or sort by Name, Status, Year or Barn. You can just select the horse(s) you would like to record a backdated check for. You may add multiple horse(s). Once you are finished, select Done. Next, a popup will appear.

Proceed with Recording the data

You can input the Veterinarian performing the exam if you'd like and then select done. If you do not wish to enter the Veterinarian performing the exam, then select cancel and proceed with recording the backdated mares check. The note of the backdated check will be marked to state it is backdated.


How to Manage the Mares to Foal list?

To view or share the Mares due to Foal List, you can follow the steps below. On the home screen, select Mare Management.

Once you select Mare Management, then select Mares due to Foal List. You will then be brought to the Mares due to Foal List. Here, you can view when each mare is due to foal. You can sort them by Barn, In Foal to, Name, and Due date. Each sorting option allows you to see their due date on the right-hand side.
