Managing all of your horse breeding lists within EquiTrace

To add mares to the checklist, follow the steps below. On the EquiTrace App home screen, select Mare Management. You will then be brought to the mare management screen, where you can select Mares to Check.

The Horses to Checklist will appear and automatically set to today's date. If you add mares to check for today, you do not need to adjust the date. If you are adding mares for the future or would like to add a backdated check, you can select the date button at the top of the screen to select the correct date.

Select the + Add Horse button. Once you select add horse, a complete list of all breeding mares will appear. You can search by name or sort by Name, Status, Year, or Barn. You can just select the horse(s) you want to add to your mares checklist. You may add multiple mares at once.

Once you have completed your selection, select Done. The chosen mare(s) will be added to the list on the date you have chosen. The check the mare is due for will be automatically populated based on the gestation status of the mare. If you wish to edit the type of check you would like to perform on a mare, select edit on the right-hand side of the mares banner.

Here, you can select to perform a one-off Repro U/S and change the mare's check and status if necessary. The options for this are as follows: Ovulation Check, Pregnancy Scan, Heartbeat Scan, Mid-Pregnancy, Late Pregnancy, Post-Foaling, Post-Abortion, Embryo Flush, and Embryo Transfer.

You may also edit the check date in the past or in the future. If you wish to delete/remove the check, select Delete Check. To share the list of mares to check on a specific day you can select the date you wish to share by tapping on the date icon on the top of the screen where a calendar will appear.

Once you have chosen your date, select SHARE on the top right-hand corner of the screen. A popup will appear asking you in what format you would like to share your list. You can select Direct Print, SMS, Share PDF, or Share CSV. Select one of the options, and you will be brought to share options, where you can share via Whats App, Messenger, etc.

You can edit, share, or delete mares from your teasing list depending on how you would like to format your list.

On the EquiTrace App home screen, select Mare Management. You will then be taken to the mare management screen, where you can choose the Teasing List. The Teasing List will appear and will be automatically set to today's date. If you are adding mares to tease for today, you do not need to adjust the date. If you are adding mares for the future or want to add a backdated tease, you can select the date button at the top of the screen to choose the correct date.

Select the + Add Horse button.

Once you select "Add Horse," a full list of all breeding mares will appear. You can search by name or sort by Name, Status, Year, or Barn. You can just select the mare(s) you'd like to add to your teasing list. You may add multiple mares at once. After completing your selection, click "Done." The selected mare(s) will be added to your chosen list.

You will be redirected to your list of mares to tease today. For each mare, you can adjust the time for their teasing. Select the clock icon on each mare to set a time. If you want to remove a mare from your teasing list, click the trash icon on the mare's banner, and she will be removed from the list.

You can share a list of mares checked on a day via Direct Print, SMS, Share PDF or Share CSV.

To share a list of mares that have been checked, you can follow the steps below.

On the EquiTrace App home screen, select Mare Management. You will then be brought to the mare management screen, where you can select Mares Checked today. Here, a list of all mares checked today will appear.

The Horse Checked list will appear and automatically set to today's date. If you want to view and share mares checked for today, you don't need to adjust the date. If you wish to view mares checked on a past date, you can select the date button at the top of the screen to select the correct date. On the top right-hand corner of the screen, select the SHARE button. A popup will appear asking you what format you would like to share your list in.

You can select Direct Print, SMS, Share PDF or Share CSV. Select one of the options, and you will then be brought to share options where you can share via WhatsApp, messenger, etc.
