Adding Horses to your EventPass Account in a few simple steps

How to Add Horses to your account via USEF number or adding details manually
Steps to Add horses to your account via the web
On your account, select the 'Horses' and then from the drop-down select 'All Horses'. Here, you can view all the horses on your account. To add a new horse, select 'Add Horse' on the right-hand side of the screen. Next you can input the horses USEF number to pull their information from USEF. You can also manually enter the horses information. If manually entering you must input Horse Registered name and it is recommended to fill out the stable name, age, sex, color, microchip (if your horse has no microchip, leave this blank and we will autogenerate one for you) plus any additional information. You may also add a photo of your horse. Next select 'Save'.

Add Horses through your USEF account
Before you can Link your USEF Account, you must verify your account email. Upon initial sign up you will receive a verification email. If it does not appear in your inbox, please check spam or junk. Once you have completed this you can then link your USEF Account to your EventPass account.To add horses to your USEF account you will need to link your EventPass Account with your USEF account you wish to import horses from. To complete this, click on your profile, and scroll down to where the USEF link button is.
You will be taken to the USEF log in and will be asked to enter your username and password and once entered, you will then be asked which horses you would like to import to your EquiTrace account.
You can import one or as many as you would like, and you can come back to this page to re-import more horses or if your USEF account has changed, re-linking your account will import the latest data on your horses.

How to search for your Horses and filter your search
Here are the steps to find a horse by filters
On the home screen select the 'Horses' and then select 'All Horses'. You can search for a horse by name in the search bar. You can also search for a horse by selecting the categories such as 'Horse Name', 'Barn Name', 'Age', or 'Microchip'. Additionally, you can apply filters to search for a horse.
