Below is a video overview of EventPass horse profiles:
How to Add Horses to your account via USEF number or adding details manually
Steps to Add horses to your account via the web
From your account, select Horses, then choose All Horses to view all horses on your account. To add a new horse, select Add Horse on the right-hand side of the screen.
You can enter the horse’s USEF number to automatically pull their information from USEF, or you may manually enter the horse’s details. If entering information manually, you must provide the horse’s registered name. It is recommended that you also complete the stable name, age, sex, color, and microchip number. If the horse does not have a microchip, leave this field blank and one will be automatically generated. You may also add a photo of your horse.
Once all information has been entered, select Save. The horse will now appear in the All Horses list on your account.

Add Horses through your USEF account
Before linking your USEF account, you must first verify your EventPass account email. Upon initial sign-up, you will receive a verification email. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Once your email is verified, you can link your USEF account to your EventPass account.
To link your USEF account, select your Profile and scroll down to find the Link USEF Account button. Selecting this will redirect you to the USEF login page, where you will enter your USEF username and password.
After logging in, you will be prompted to select which horses you would like to import into your EventPass account. You may import one horse or multiple horses at a time. You can return to this page later to import additional horses, or re-link your USEF account to pull in updated horse information if changes have been made.
If you have horses on multiple USEF accounts, you may unlink your current USEF account and then re-link a different one to import horses from that account as well.
Linking your USEF account is optional. You do not need to link a USEF account to add horses to EventPass. This feature simply provides a convenient way to import multiple horses at once. If your horses are associated with different USEF accounts, it may be easier to add them individually using their USEF numbers. There is no disadvantage to choosing not to link your USEF account.
You can also add your horses horses USEF ID number to their existing profile. Here is a video demonstrating how to do so:
