Steps to add horses to your account
From the main home screen of the app, select + Horse. You can either enter the horse’s USEF number to search and automatically pull their information from USEF, or choose Enter Details Manually.
If entering the horse’s information manually, you must enter the horse’s registered name. It is recommended that you also complete the stable name, age, sex, color, and microchip number. If your horse does not have a microchip, leave this field blank and one will be automatically generated for you. You may also add a photo of your horse.
Once all information is entered, select Save. Your horse has now been added to your account and can be found in the Horses section of the app.
How to find a Horse or Filter by Horse Name, Barn Name, Sex, or Age
Here are the steps on how to search for horses by filters
From the home screen, select the Horses tab. At the top of the screen, you can search for a specific horse by name using the search bar.
To sort your horses, select the two opposite-facing arrows located to the right of the search bar. From there, you can sort horses by name, barn name, barn and stall, or most recently added.
To filter the horses displayed on your profile, select the filter icon, also located to the right of the search bar. You can filter horses by sex, age, and status, including On Property, Off Property, Sold, or Deceased.
How to Remove a Horse from your Account
To remove a horse from your account, select the Horses button at the bottom of the screen. Next, tap on the horse you would like to remove. In the top-right corner, select the Edit Icon. Scroll down to the bottom of the horse’s profile and update their status to On Property, Off Property, Sold, or Deceased. Once selected, press Save.
How to Add a Horse Back that has been Removed
To add a horse back that was listed as Off Property, Sold, or Deceased, select the Horses button at the bottom of the screen. Next, tap the Filter button in the top-right corner.
Use the filter to display horses that are On Property, Off Property, Sold, or Deceased. Once the appropriate filter is selected, all horses in that category will appear.
Select the horse you want to add back, then tap the Edit Icon next to the horse’s name. Scroll down and change the horse’s status to On Property, then press Save.
The horse will now appear again in your horses list.
