Please note: before you can create or complete your EventPass, you must create your horses profile on your account, upload documents to their profile and ensure their documents are verified by our system.

To create an EventPass select the 'Shows' tab. Then select 'Add Show to Attend'. Next select the show you wish to attend by either searching for the show in the search bar or you can fill out some of the fields given to filter down the search for which show you are trying to attend. Then select 'Create Pass'. Next you will select the horses you want to add to the EventPass. You can add another horse by selecting 'Add Another Horse'. For each horse you will select the arrival and departure date as well as if the horse is traveling from in or out of state. Then press 'Save'. The next page will show all the horses you have selected on your EventPass and if all their health documents are verified for this specific shows requirements. If all your horse documents are verified for this show and there is no health declaration you will be able to select 'Submit' to complete your EventPass and receive your QR code. To receive your QR code select 'Close/View Event Passes'. Then select 'View Pass" for the show you want. Then select 'Download'. You can screen shot your QR code from here or you can select 'Download EventPass' so you can email or text the QR code.

Note: your EventPass will not be complete until every horse included on that EventPass has valid health documents that have been approved for that specific show. Keep in mind that each show has their own health requirements and you must meet those requirements for each specific show to create your EventPass. Some shows also require a declaration of health to complete your EventPass. The declaration of health will not open until 48 hours before the show. You will receive an email once the declaration of health is available to be done and once that is completed your EventPass will be complete.

To view all your EventPasses and upcoming shows, select Shows and then select 'Event Passes'. Here, you can view all of your shows, EventPasses, and their status. To complete an EventPass select 'Edit Pass' next to the show desired. Once your horse's statuses are verified and viewed as green ticks and there is no health declaration you can the click 'Submit' to complete your EventPass. If there is a Health Declaration required for this show you will not be able to complete it until 48 hours prior to competition. You will receive an email once the declaration of health is available to be done and once that is completed you will be able to complete your EventPass.

To complete the Health Declaration (which can only be done 48 hours prior to show). Select 'Edit Pass'. Next it will ask you if you want to add or delete any horses from this current EventPass before submitting. Keep in mind you cannot edit your EventPass once it is complete. Then select 'Save'. If the horses health statuses are verified then you can complete your Health Declaration. To do so select 'Complete Health Declaration'. Then fill out all the required fields and select 'Submit'. Once you have completed your Health Declaration you can then complete your EventPass by selecting 'Submit'.
