All Horses Data:
To send all reports that include all the horses currently listed on the farm first select ‘Reports’ on the main home screen. Once ‘Reports’ has been selected you can select the date range in which you would like to export the data. If you want to share all information of every horse (repro, vet, farriery, medications, etc.) select ‘Horse Notes’. Once ‘Horse Notes’ is selected you can click the ‘SHARE’ button in the top right corner of your screen. From there you can select ‘Share CSV’ and choose the method in which you would like to send this report.

To share just reproduction reports of all mares on your account. Select ‘Reports’ from the main home screen. Select the date range in which you would like to export the data. Then select ‘Reproduction Notes’. Once ‘Reproduction Notes’ is selected you can click the ‘SHARE’ button in the top right corner of your screen. From there you can select ‘Share CSV’ and choose the method in which you would like to send this report. You can also send specific reports of all horses such as 'Scans and Temperatures', 'Treatment Records', or 'Stall and Field History'.

Individual Horse:
To share an individual horses’ report, select ‘Find horses’ on the main home screen. Then select the horse that you want. Once you have selected the horse that you want select ‘Share Notes for This Horse’. Once that is selected it will ask if you want to share the most recent notes or all notes. From there you can choose the method in which you would like to send this report.

You can also choose to share the treatment record of this horse, which will include all the medications this horse was given, by selecting 'Treatments for this Horse' in the horses profile. Next select 'Treatment Record' and the under 'Email for this horse:' select 'Treatment Record' to send a CSV file of all treatment records for this horse.
